The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to help students understand the importance of sufficient and well-balanced nutrition in a man's life; the effects of sufficient and well-balanced nutrition to athletic performance and teach students basic nutrition principles and how to plan their nutrition, before, after and during competitions
