Contents of the Course
This course deals with the transformation and evolution of the Ottoman and Turkish political and social life and political thought from 19th century to the 1960s. This course includes the intellectual origins and evolution of the Ottoman-Turkish political life and the factors affecting this evolution and the basic dynamics of contemporary Turkish political life.
