The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to teach the emergence and historical development of the very idea of international organization and to introduce the founding reasons, types, structures, functions, missions and members of international organizations that have a significant position in the international system.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : The student learns the emergence, development, institutional structures and functions of international organizations.2,91,

Contents of the Course
This course focuses on the emergence and development of the very idea of international organization in the context of international organizations that have important positions in the international system such as the UN, Bretton Woods institutions, the EU, NATO, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Amnesty International, etc.
