The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to inform students about fruit and vegetable quality criteria in accordance with Turkish Food Codex and TS Standards, pre-processing stages, quality parameters of industrial products produced from fruit and vegetables such as fruit juice, canned food, tomato paste, jam-marmalade, vinegar and wine.
