The aim of the course:
The aims of this lesson are to provide a safe working environment to the students in accordance with the legislation and methods of analysis at laboratory and also to gain competencies to the students of making analysis and separation processes before and after the analysis.

Personal Security Precautions, Laboratory General Safety Precautions, Working Safely with Chemical Substances, Introduction, using and cleaning of glassware used in the laboratory, Introduction, using and elimination of chemicals, Pre-analysis processes, Post-analysis processes, evaporation, seperration of mixtures, filtration, precipitation, crystallization, centrifugation, incineration, drying, distillation, extraction, dialysis, determination of moisture and dry matter in foods, determination of ash in foods, solutions by percent, molarity, normality, ppm and ppb, standardization of solutions
