The aim of the course:
This course explains how to use Statistical quality control techniques used to control and improve business processes in order to improve the quality of products, which are of vital importance for the survival and growth of businesses in today's competitive environment. It is aimed that students have knowledge about general quality control methods, control charts, process capability analysis, measurement systems analysis.

Introduction to quality management, quality concept, basic concepts of quality, basics of statistics, statistical data analysis, Pareto diagram, cause-effect diagram, checklists, scatter diagram, root leaf diagram boxplot and outlier analysis, fundamentals of probability, probability distributions, statistical process control, process variability, control charts, control diagrams computer applications, process capability analysis, process capability indexes, six sigma and measurement systems analysis
