Introduction to Occupational Health and Safety, its purpose, subject, definition and legislation, general rules of occupational health and safety and safety culture, information on labor legislation, legal rights and responsibilities of employees, Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases, causes and prevention of occupational diseases, legal consequences arising from work accidents and occupational diseases, application of disease prevention principles and protection techniques, risk factors (biological and psychosocial risk factors, chemical, physical and ergonomic risk factors), causes of work accidents and application of protection principles and techniques, use of personal protective equipment, safety and health signs, safe use of work equipment, manual lifting and carrying, working with screened tools, examples of ergonomic work in the field of veterinary medicine, electricity, hazards, risks and precautions, fire risk, flash explosion fire and fire protection, first aid, evacuation and rescue, workplace cleaning and order, harms of tobacco products and passive exposure. |
