The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to gain qualifications in business related to quality assurance and quality standarts.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Defines the concepts of Quality and Standard, Interprets the steps of creating, maintaining and developing quality management systems.2,61,
