While researching the surface of the history of political thought in a historical-hermeneutic perspective it is aimed to help the students improve their citizenship consciousness, comprehend the real meaning of main political concepts and evaluate the political world they live in. |

The stages in evolution of Antique Greek, Roman, Christian and Muslim political thinking and philosophy; the main cornerstones in each stage, great political thinkers and theorists. The basic socioeconomic, political and cultural outline of the societies these philosophers belonged to. The main political thought concepts and their explanation that are in use in contemporary socio-political life. |
