| Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : |
| OP-1 : | Describe the meaning, objectives and rational of urban and regional planning and how it contributes to the natural environment protection, risk management, development and enhansing built environment |

| OP-2 : | Obtaine the knowledge of basic concepts of planning- history, theory, method, law- and make use of them in special plannings |
