| Objectives of the Programme : |

| Aim of master program with thesis is to develop students with ability and skills to search,reaching to information,commenting and evaluating related with thesis study. Also thesis program aims to develop students need about information and communication technologies. |

| Outcomes of the Programme : |

| Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : |
| OP-1 : | have knowledge in the field of information and communication technologies education at mastery level. |

| OP-2 : | contribute to the knowledge-base in the field of information and communication technologies through conducting research. |

| OP-3 : | have knowledge about the relationships between information and communication technologies and related disciplines. |
|
| OP-4 : | make suggestions to solve problems in information and communication technologies using quantitative and qualitative research methods. |

| OP-5 : | actively take part in group works in scientific research on information and communication technologies; fulfil her/his responsibilities, open to collaboration and become a leader if required. |

| OP-6 : | share the developments in information and communication technologies education and her/his research to the people in verbal and written formats. |

| OP-7 : | use a foreign language to follow research in his/her field, to communicate and to produce scientific research. |
