| Objectives of the Programme : |

| The objectives of the graduate program in the department are to perform research and develop nationally and internationally acceptable projects for current and future problems in Electrical and Electronics Engineering areas, to participate in national and international scientific projects, to develop theoretical and practical applications as a part of advanced technology applications. |

| Outcomes of the Programme : |

| Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : |
| OP-1 : | To be able to develop and deepen the undergraduate knowledge in the field at the level of expertise (knowledge) and to be able to solve problems and produce new knowledge (skill, competence) by using the theoretical and applied knowledge gained. |
|
| OP-2 : | To be able to interpret the knowledge gained in the field by integrating it with the knowledge from different disciplines, to create new information and models (knowledge, skills), to use them in interdisciplinary studies and to lead these studies (area-specific competence). |

| OP-3 : | To be able to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of expertise, to develop new solutions and strategies under constraints, (learning competence) |

| OP-4 : | Ability to solve complex problems encountered in the field using research methods (skill), develop new methods, model and apply (skill) and leadership (ability to work independently and take responsibility). |

| OP-5 : | Conducts new studies by supporting current developments in the field and his own studies with quantitative and qualitative data, and being able to convey these to groups in and outside his/her field, including international platforms, by establishing a systematic and open communication in written, oral and visual in Turkish and foreign languages (communication and social competence, domain-specific competence). |

| OP-6 : | To be able to use information and communication technologies at an advanced level along with computer software at the level required by the field (communication and social competence). |

| OP-7 : | Being able to control and teach social, scientific, cultural, environmental and ethical values in the stages of collecting, interpreting, applying and announcing data related to the field (field-specific competence). |
|
| OP-8 : | To be able to develop strategies, policies and implementation plans on issues related to his field and to evaluate the results obtained within the framework of quality processes (area-specific competence). |
