| The Civil Engineering Department of Karadeniz Technical University intends to graduate individuals who can communicate effectively, fulfill learning outputs adequately, have strong national ties, can produce national and international projects, have the capacity for scientific researches, can take a role of leadership in the regional development and behaves ethically for all of these. |
