| Objectives of the Programme : |

| The Doctorate Program aims to provide students with the ability to conduct independent research within the framework of the theoretical foundations they have, to interpret the facts by examining them with the scientific method, and to determine the necessary steps to reach new syntheses. |

| Outcomes of the Programme : |

| Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : |
| OP-1 : | Ability to demonstrate knowledge of administrative and political processes that relate to the production and providing of public goods and services, finance, human resources, and information flows. |

| OP-2 : | Ability to demonstrate knowledge of economic, political, legal, social and cultural forces, international as well as domestic, that shape administrative and political environment within which organizations strive to attain their aims. |

| OP-3 : | Ability to recognize ethical dimensions of decision-making. |

| OP-4 : | Ability to identify and analyze complex administrative and political situations and to develop and implement effective solutions. |
