Objectives of the Programme : |

To teach the students basic science, engineering, oceanography, cargo handling, ship operations and handling, maritime management at an expert level. In addition, the students will be educated to collect and assess the information related to their field. |

Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to : |
OP-1 : | They can connect mathematics, basic sciences and engineering sciences with their applications and gain application skills | |
OP-2 : | Approach engineering problems and requirements with a scientific systematic and can produce solutions, gain advanced analysis and interpretation skills | |
OP-3 : | They can lead and lead in terms of education and profession in their field, and gain an advanced level of professional and ethical responsibility | |
OP-4 : | They can use the methods, techniques and modern tools necessary for engineering, maritime applications, computing and innovation | |
OP-5 : | Have advanced knowledge in the field and can use information and communication technologies, integrate the information gathered from different fields, and produce solutions to current problems | |
OP-6 : | They advocate the sustainability of the environment and energy, examine the social, legal and environmental dimensions of their field, provide solutions and gain advanced competence in universal, economic, environmental and social dimensions. | |
OP-7 : | They can produce academic studies on maritime transport, trade and education and evaluate them with a systematic approach, have the knowledge of a foreign language to present them in written and oral form | |
OP-8 : | Contributing to the literature in the field by publishing at least one scientific article related to the field in international refereed/TR Index journals and/or producing or interpreting an original work. | |
