| Education Objectives of the Programme : |

| Changes and developments in the field of "Russian Language and Literature" will be followed at national and international level, and rich language and folk culture materials will be analysed at scientific level with field studies. The courses taught will be aimed at improving students' reading, speaking, listening and comprehension skills. The students who graduate from the programme will be able to speak the Russian language at an advanced level, to gain the ability to conduct research and analysis, and to express this ability in written and oral scientific ways. |

| OP-1: | To perceive and interpret different cultures in intercultural communication and to effectively apply the acquired skills. | |
| OP-2: | To develop comparative literature skills by studying Russian literature from ancient times to the present. | |
| OP-3: | To examine theories from various disciplines that influence the learning of the Russian language and to comprehend their practical applications in language education. | |
| OP-4: | By acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of foreign language acquisition, one should be able to keep up with contemporary developments (such as artificial intelligence) in language teaching and learning, and gain fundamental theories and practical competencies. | |
| OP-5: | To acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to play an effective role in foreign language and translation services required across a wide range of fields, from academia to the business world. | |
| OP-6: | To comprehend the fundamental principles of the Russian language and attain the proficiency to use it effectively in both written and spoken forms. | |
