Contents of the Course
Basic quantities which can be measuring in metallurgical process, Measuring units and other ranks, Basic fundamentals of measuring, General look to the measuring devices, Measuring devices and failure, Failures and their sources, Investigation of failures, Decreasing of failure effects, Calibration and fundamentals of their applications, Measuring devices and probes which detect the quantities like weight, temperature, density, pressure, flow, viscosity, roughness, porosity and pH values, Standard flow charts, Data collecting and assesment mechanism, Transforming technics and methods of analog data to digital data, Regulation technics and proses automation, Utilization interference principles and calibration possibilities, Effect of envoiremental conditions to calibration, Special subjects in calibration and their applications, Calibration system, Measuring and calibration laboratory product accreditation.
