İntroduction to Mineral Processing: The Role of Mineral Processing in Mining and Metallurgy, Ore Minerology and Its Importance for Mineral Processing, Liberation, Concentration and Recovery, Recovery-Grade Relationship, Particle Size Analysis: Sieve Analysis, Elutriation, Sedimentation, Infrasizing, Measurement with Microscope. Communition and Screening: Comminution Theories, Crushing and Crushing Equipments, Industrial Screening and Screaning Equipments, Crushing and Screening Circuits, Grinding, Rod Mill, Ball Mill and Autogenous Mill,Classification: Free Settling, Hindered Settling, Classification Equipments, Evaluation of Hydrocyclone Performance, Grinding and Classification Circuits. Solid-Liquid Separation: Thickening, Filtration, Sampling: Sampling Methods, Important Parameters in Sampling. |
