The aim of the course:
The objectives of the course are to teach the applications of nanotechnology in the forest products and wood preservation and protection.

Overview of the Forest Products Industry, Vision for Nanotechnology in the Forest Products Industry, R&D Strategy, Polymer Composites and Nano-Reinforced Materials, Cell wall nanotechnology, Analytic Methods for Nanostructure characterization, Nanotechnology in wood preservation and protection.
