| Introduction to Land Readjustment and Land Consolidation; Land Management; Real Estate and Property conceps; role of property in Public and Public Services; general evaluation of urban development legislation; problems caused by land use; City, Planning and Local Governments; requirement for planning and implementation of plans; general evaluation of land management tools; ways of development plan implementation; Land compensation; implementation of land compensation in Turkey and in the World; subdivision and unification implementations; general interpretation of Land Readjustment (LR) aproach; introduction to LR; urban transformation method in real estate management; basics of reclamation development plan in view of urban development amnesty; role and importance of Geographical/Urban/Land information system in land management.
