The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on the European Union legal system.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
The creation of the new legal system namely the European Union legal system, its features and general principles, sources, the European Court of Justice, and the relationship between the EU legal system and national legal systems will be discussed.
