The aim of the course:
To ensure students apply main knowledge about management and organization, to ensure they teach classical and modern management and organization theories and to develop personal development and explaining capability.

Contents of the Course
Management, manager, organization, managements functions, planning, direction, arrangement and control organization theory: classical organization theory, neo-classical organization theory, modern organization theory, matrix organization structures. Developments in management and organization models, strategic management and planning, crisis management.
