And also the methods to prevent the mass movements are discussed. |

Introduction (definitions, evolution of engineering geology) ; Classification of rocks for engineering purpose; Mass movement (classification, reasons, preventation) ; Rock slope stability methods; Dam geology ( classification, selection of location and type, engineering geology research for dams) ; Tunnelling geology (definitions, problems in tunnelling, tunelling methods, classification of tunnel rocks) ; Other topics (foundation geology, new technique and methods in engineering geology, engineering geology maps) . |
