The problems which emerge in the comprehension and application stages of these laws and regulations, and the methods which should be used in order to solve them. The inter-relations among municipality, client and architect in free market conditions. The relations and correspondences with enterprises and institutions. The valuation and metrage of the building, current adjudication regulations, and the contractor- employer relationships are taught as well. |
