The aim of the course:
Fiqh of the sources, literature and introduce the framework of systematics.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Describes the phases in the historical development of fiqh
LO - 2 : Recognizes the major classical fiqh texts.
LO - 3 : The sects of fiqh. compare
LO - 4 : Defines basic concepts and principles of fiqh
LO - 5 : Analyzes the basic features and the general structure of the thoughtof fiqh
LO - 6 : Valuates the idea of modern fiqh
