The aim of the course:
To provide students to gain a general knowledge on causes, classification, diagnostic criteria of behavior disorders and DSM IV diagnostic criteria of behavior disorders to help them to understand definition and causes of behavior disorders according to different theories, classic classification and DSM IV diagnostic criteria; behavior disorders in adulthood according to DSM IV diagnostic criteria, intervention strategies and clinical observation.

Contents of the Course
Major classification systems, ICD-10, DSM-IV and axis system for diagnosis, anxiety and somatoform disorders, personality disorders, affective and cognitive disorders, and adjustment, eating and sleep disorders, impulse control disorders, psychosomatic disorders, paranoid disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, mental disorders in childhood.
