The aim of the course:
At the end of the course it is expected that every student prepares an construction project of the building that consists of minimum two floors with basement. Traditional or industrialized construction techniques are used.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : learn to design and present spatial compositions within application project and different structure types2,9,10,113,6,
LO - 2 : learn building material and construction systems2,9,10,113,6,
LO - 3 : learn preparation of application project in terms of different building codes (earthquake, heat, noise, fire etc.)2,9,10,113,6,
LO - 4 : learn preparation of an entire construction documents as an application project according to proper techniques and project preparation principles.2,9,10,113,6,

Contents of the Course
Within the frame of schematic design, construction documents, it includes load-bearing systems. Materials and construction systems. It includes the feasibility study of the design in terms of differemt building codes (eartquake, noise, heat Exchange etc. ) . Completion of architectural design with the HVAC systems. Finally, preparation of an entire construction documents.
