The aim of the course:
To increase sensitivity of architectural students to man-environment, man-culture interrelationships, to increase concern for issues stemming from these relations, and to teach and demonstrate how such concerns can be manipulated by design.

Contents of the Course
Specifying the important differences of architecture from other arts. Human and environmental harmony. Transfer of human and environmental interaction. Perceiving, knowing and behaving forms. Spatial behaviour and patterns. Transferring design parameters such as building mission, security, symbolism, formal aesthetics, and social relationship. Addressing architecture as a place identity. Emphasising the ability of architecture to host real life.
