Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Learn group and individual exercise methods that are found in the current fitness applications.
LO - 2 : Understand and apply group and individual exercise methods that are found in the current fitness applications.
LO - 3 : Prepare individualized exercise programs according to individual differences
LO - 4 : Make postural analysis and prepare differenc exercise programs
LO - 5 : Know and have skills related with group exercises
