and inheritance of mining license. How to get a license.? Procedures and permits to obtain a
mining license. Duration and periods of exploration and operation licenses. Control and
inspection of the license. Precautions to be taken while operating or leaving the mine.
Conservation of rust and slag. Mandatory vacation of the mine. Tender of mining licenses.
