The aim of the course:
to explain under which laws and regulations Turkey's mineral resources are sought and operated.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 2 : Learns the legal regulations regarding the initiation, execution and termination of mining activities.9,111,

Contents of the Course
Mining related concepts. Who can or cannot mine. Right of discovery, Declaration, transfer and inheritance of mining license. How to get a license.? Procedures and permits to obtain a mining license. Duration and periods of exploration and operation licenses. Control and inspection of the license. Precautions to be taken while operating or leaving the mine. Conservation of rust and slag. Mandatory vacation of the mine. Tender of mining licenses. Mining record and properties.
