The aim of the course:
To exemine and understand collective labour relations.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Explains organization of collective labour relation 1,2,3,4,51,3
LO - 2 : Explains the importance of trade unions role in the collective bargaining 1,2,3,4,5
LO - 3 : Reminds taking precaution is more important then applies sanction but if it is necessary, to apply sanction also can work 1,2,3,4,5
LO - 4 : Reminds that there are three dimensions in occupational safety: engineering, judicial and medical dimensions 1,2,3,4,5
LO - 5 : Explains the obligations of employers and employees in occupational safety 1,2,3,4,5
LO - 6 : Explains the process of organisation and sanctions in occupational safety 1,2,3,4,5
