Preparing a project application file to be submitted to TUBITAK, KOSGEB and other project supporting offices. Basic project management steps. Starting and managing a project. Project life cycle. Organizational structures, project concept, calender, budjet,and quality management, human resources, communications, risc analysis, material purchasing, Accepted common effects on the other. Applying the progect management, tracking and control, finalizing a project, Using Microsoft Project in project management.
