The aim of the course:
The aim of the course: evaluation of mineral deposits, economic life of a mine and optimum determination of annual production. Investment costs, production cost, methods of marketing in mining, premiums and penalties.

Contents of the Course
Evaluation of mineral deposits. Estimates of ore tonnage from boreholes. Criteria of opening a mine and risk analysis. Economic life of a mine and optimum determination of annual production. Investment costs. Depreciation. Production costs. Efficiencies and productivity. Methods of marketing in mining. Policies in mineral marketing. Methods of sampling. Premiums and penalties.
