It is aimed to explain the events in the cell with the principles of physics and to solve the related problems. |

Lecture deals with biophysical events at the molecular and cell level. Information and information theory, Biomolecules and their physical properties, Bioenergetics, Thermodynamic Concepts, Energy transfer in biological systems, Cell membranes and movement in membranes, Forces affecting ion movements and related rules, Ion channels and gating mechanisms. |
