The aim of the course:
Students learn the systems of diesel engines, parts and tasks of the systems, maneuver preparations and maintenance of safe maneuver and maintenance.

The systems of diesel engines; cooling water systems, sea wtaer systems, lubricating oil systems, starting air systems, exhaust systems, fuel systems, emission control systems, maneuver preparations, sfatey watchkeeping procedure.
