The aim of the course:
Get detailed information on all systems called ship auxiliary machines, recognize systems, solve problems and increase knowledge and skills on running systems without problems, also to teach survey control on these issues.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Air compressors types and working principles, fuel and lube oil seperators, Bilge Water Seperator and Sewage Treatment system, Fresh Water Generator, Incinerator, The structure and types of cooler and working princible, Air conditioning system and air ventilation, Steering gear and shaft system, propeller types, Rudder principles, Hydraulic control systems for steering, Electrical control of steering, Emergency steering system
