The aim of the course:
To discuss strategic management processes and practices within the context of time and space, to examine current researches within the scope of strategic management concepts. Continuing sharing discussion with students about the Leadership concept, understanding the concept of effective leadership, Understanding their own leadership capacity and learnability of leadership.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

PO - 2 : They can evaluate the main topics in strategic management, and evaluate them from a critical perspective on time.

Contents of the Course
Content of the course is to define basic strategic management concepts and processes, to examine governance systems, to determine risk factors by conducting external and internal analysis. Who is the leader called? What is the main difference between a true leader and a demagogue? Leadership and Learning, Dark side of leadership, not leadership, does it mean leadership, expressing leadership, a formula for leadership? The role of honesty in leadership. Thoughts on leadership and a sense of compassion. What is professional ethics, social and social ethics?
