The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide biology and molecular biology students, as well as other life sciences and bioengineering students with no biological origin, to have knowledge about plasmid structure and vector construction, information about the basic principles of choosing a cloning or expression vector, classification of plasmids, replication types, basic functions of plasmids and vectors, and how students can start a new expression study are the objectives of the courses.
