The aim of the course:
Understanding the regulation of mechanisms related to central dogma according to compartments in the cell, Understanding the role of transcriptional differences in cell specialization, Understanding the role of gene expression in cellular and organism behaviors.

Contents of the Course
In this course, understanding of regulation of gene expression in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, analysis of organelle and viral genome gene expressions, recombination in genetic regulation, role of nuclear matrix in transcription, cancer formation as a result of disruption of gene regulation, medical control of gene transcription.
