The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to introduce students to review the genomics, ecology, comparative biology and biotechnological applications of these fascinating viruses of microorganisms.

Contents of the Course
Identification viruses of microorganisms from different microbial sources. Identification of viruses of microorganisms found in ecologically different areas. Investigation of the contribution of microbial viruses to the diversity of life. Biotechnology of microorganism viruses. Contribution of microorganism viruses to biocontrol researchs.
