The aim of the course:
This course aims to understand which methods are suitable for the detection of epigenetic modifications in DNA and histones, to realize the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and to enable students to reach a level of knowledge that can determine the methods they will choose in practice.

Contents of the Course
This course includes learning the classification, scope and usage areas of current and improved techniques used in detecting epigenetic modifications in DNA and histone proteins at the gene and genome level.
