The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to educate biology and molecular biology students, as well as other life sciences and bioengineering students, who are not biologically rooted, to have knowledge of basic topics about Real-Time applications and to have a general understanding of Real-Time methods.

Contents of the Course
Content of the course; to learn the basic principles of Real Time PCR, to have knowledge about basic protocols used in RT-PCR experiments, to have information about Standart curves, data reporting, methods of normalization and syber green technology, to have knowledge about probe and primer design for qPCR.
