The aim of the course:
The aim of this lecture is to make the students to learn the molecular techniques used in research laboratuaries and put in practice their theorical knowledge.

1. Introduction of molecular laboratory tools. 2. Protein isolation and protein determination methods. 3. Imaging of DNA and RNA samples by agarose gel electrophoresis 4.
