The aim of the course:
Welfare economics deals with the social and economic improvements of individuals' or societys' situations. It uses partial, general equilibrium and L. Walrasian approaches. Using welfare criterias it generates comments regarding the society. The main purpose of the course is to propose these approaches and the views of welfare economists to the students.
