Biomechanical Structures of the Body: The Frame, Articulations, Ligaments, Joint Lubrications, Muscles and Tendons, Essential Mechanics and Mathematics in Biomechanics, Foundations of Movement: A Simplified Representation of Muscle Action, Biomechanical Properties of Muscle, Use of Muscular Force, Muscular Work, Fundamental Human Movements: Balance, Slipping, Falling, and Landing; Walking and Running; Jumping; Object Manipulation; Gripping, Pulling and Pushing / Lifting, Lowering and Carrying; Throwing, Striking, and Catching; Climbing and Swinging; Airborne Maneuvers, Biomaterials and Their Mechanical Properties. |
