The aim of the course:
To teach basic knowledge and principles of destructive and non destructive testing, ferrous and nonferrous metallic materials, ceramics, polymeric materials and composites.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : learn metallographic examinations and mechanical and non destructive testing methods1,51,4
LO - 2 : interpret the test results and determine the structure-property relationships for the materials and learn how to write technical reports1,51,4
