Contents of the Course
Basic biochemical concepts, processes for the preparation of animal and plant tissue cultures, Biological Buffers, Sample Preparation Techniques in Biochemistry, extraction and pre-separation techniques, homogenization / lysis, centrifugation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, dialysis, precipitation techniques Techniques of Separation and purification of biomolecules such as adsorption, gel , ion exchange, affinity, gas, high performance liquid chromatography, electrophoresis applications; Enzymatic Analysis Methods subjects aimed.
