To gain the basic knowledge and skills of classroom management to prospective teachers. To explain the importance of Classroom management for teachers. To explain the role of leadership in Classroom management. To provide knowledge and skills of identifying critical incidents in the classroom. To help prospective teachers to learn developing strategies for conflict resolution in the classroom. |

Classroom organization for effective learning. Development and implementation of effective systems for classroom management to maximize learning.
