The aim of the course:
The main objective of this course is to knowledge about the principles contained in the construction contracts.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Understand the principles and application of law of construction contract.4,6,7,10
LO - 2 : Prepare any contract in construction industry.5,7,10,11
LO - 3 : Prepare any contract including risk of construction in projects.7,10,11
