The aim of the course:
To enable students to identify, identify and compare the basic elements of cells. To make them realize what biophysics is. To teach the structures and functions of biological elements using mathematics and physics. To enable students to read and criticize scientific articles related to biophysics using their knowledge. To teach project based group work to students and to prepare oral presentations and presentation skills.

Concepts of biophysics, Biophysics of cell membranes, difusion, membrane potentials, synaptic transmisson, biologic signal recording, signal analysis, fluid mechanisc, mechanical waves, sound, biophysics of hearing, optics, biophysics of vision, electromagnetic waves, radioactivity, biological effects, medical imaging techniques
